"MK Handel" Ltd. works with FILM AND TELEVISION PRODUCTIONS, THEATER PERFORMANCES, organizers of HISTORICAL RESTORATIONS and other CLIENTS organizing CULTURAL EVENTS on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, observing the express provisions of:
The Law on Weapons, Ammunition, Explosives and Pyrotechnic Articles and ORDER No. Iz-1031 OF APRIL 15, 2011, in force from 07/11/2011, issued by the Minister of the Interior
"MK Handel" Ltd. holds a valid Permit to trade in weapons, ammunition, explosives and pyrotechnic articles, issued by the State Police

The inquiry must contain at least:
Brief presentation of the inquirer, the objects (products) (weapons, secured according to the requirements of REGULATION No. I-1031/15.04.2011 issued by the Minister of the Interior), the number you want to rent, number of days for filming, place of filming, dates and hours for their use.
The price offer is drawn up within 3 working days for each individual inquiry - a specific event (depending on the days and hours of shooting, the amount of rented products, the amount of fired blank ammunition with a star-shaped closure, the required number of instructors, etc.) and is sent to THE QUESTIONER.
If the price offer is accepted by the INQUIRER, a Contract is signed.
For each event in which MK Handel Ltd. is hired to participate, MK Handel Ltd. guarantees and provides:
- transportation of the secured firearm, blank ammunition and instructors, with own cars to the filming locations
- secured firearms and blank cartridges for them
- instructors with experience in the use of safe firearms in cultural events
- Permit to carry out this activity
- Notification submitted in advance to the relevant regional office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on whose territory the event will be held.
LEGAL REGULATION:
According to the provisions of Section IV of ORDER No. I3-1031/15.04.2011. issued by the Minister of the Interior
Article 5. The order of use of secured firearms in cultural events:
1. The transportation of secured firearms for cultural purposes for use in film and television productions, theatrical performances and other cultural events is carried out after prior notification to the relevant RU of the Ministry of the Interior, on whose territory the event will take place. In the notification, the place, time and names of the leader for holding the cultural event must be indicated.
When participating in historical reenactments, the leader also presents a list of the members of the respective association, who were briefed on compliance with safety measures before their participation.
2. Every secured weapon used in a cultural event is accompanied by a permit for the activities with firearms under Article 6, paragraph 3, item 4 or 5 of the ZOBVVPI, as well as with the Protocol under Article 2, paragraph 2 and/or article 3, paragraph 4
3. On the day of the event, its leader is obliged to brief the participating persons on the Safety Rules and to check the documents under Art. 2, para. 2 or Art. 3, para. 4 of the secured firearms used in the event, for which a protocol is drawn up.
